C1: RESEARCH & SCHOLARSHIP
This entry contains my best scholarly paper written in the Jesuit context with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. I had the opportunity to write this paper while in SDAD 5150 The American Community College. This artifact was created with the goal of diving deeper into the emerging issue of food insecurity and the intersection of minoritized identities on community college campuses.

This artifact demonstrates my ability to apply theory and research to suggest best practices and immediate implications for practitioners. Through the development of this artifact, I learned about the contributing factors impacting students experiencing food insecurity on community colleges campuses, and the necessary practices institutions should take to best students' immediate needs.

C2: REFLECTION
This entry contains my best reflection paper written in the Jesuit context. I wrote this paper in Transformational Leadership (STML 5610) where we explored the definition of leadership and its application to our personal and professional practice.

This artifact demonstrates my ability to engage in integrated reflection. Through the development of this artifact, I learned that my leadership style is forged in a spiritual context where transformational leadership is a vocational call - my deep passions meet the deep needs of the world.

C3: DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION
This entry contains my best demonstration of understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I completed these several projects during my time as an intern with the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Kennedy Catholic High School under the supervision of Derek Sparks, Director of DEI and Assistant Dean of Students.

This artifact demonstrates my ability to engage in theoretical applications, collaboration, and program integration. Through the development of this artifact, I learned that my internship was more than a space of task lists, it was my space of awakening - where my growth as a professional was strengthened through mentorship and co-creation.
